This time last year, I wrote a post all about the Christmas lights in my hometown (find it here) and I thought I'd do something similar this year, but I'd throw in a little list of everything I love about Christmas too! Enjoy!
- Pigs in blankets.
- Christmas dinner in general. (Who doesn't love it?)
- Pretty lights illuminating my hometown.
- Being able to eat whatever you want without feeling too guilty, just 'cause it's Christmas!
- Cheesy comedy specials on TV.
- Chocolate. Obviously.
- Spending all day being cosy with family.
- Giving presents.
- Receiving presents.
- Boxing day sales!
- Witnessing an array of Christmas jumpers on display.
- Having some quiet time.
- Catching up with friends, as they're all home for Christmas.
- Having a little break & being able to relax.
- A fresh & positive new start on the horizon.
- Reflecting over the year.
- Crackers & their terrible jokes. (I secretly love wearing the paper hats too!)
- Christmas carols.
- Scandalous soap specials. (Sorry. Not sorry.)
- Everyone being in a nice, festive mood!
- Decorating the Christmas tree.
- Pinning all the Christmas cards up.
- Snapping away with my Instax camera.
- Being able to go out without bumping in to anyone.
- Christmas markets. (Like the Manchester one!)
