Sheer buttery, oaty goodness.
Ingredients:
- 110g butter,
- 40g sugar,
- 175g oats,
- A pinch of salt.
Method:
- Melt the butter, salt, and sugar together in a pan.
- When it's completely melted, add the oats.
- Mix until all of the oats are completely covered in the mixture.
- Pour into a (well-greased) tin.
- Heat the oven to 180C, and bake them for around 20 minutes, or until they're golden brown on top.
- Let them cool.
- Cut into rectangles.
- Enjoy!

Now let's face it, I am by no means a professional photographer, but I thought it might be helpful or useful to show you how I take my blog photos!
Flat lay
I tend to do a lot of flat lay photography for my blog photos. That means that I shoot directly above the featured objects, so that it's a bird's-eye view of them. Why? I tend to prefer shooting that way because it's quite easy to master.
Christmas crept up on me a lot this year. I was quite busy with Uni through the first half of December, so it really came out of nowhere! Despite being grossly underprepared (For instance, still wrapping presents in the early hours of the morning on Christmas day!) it was pretty enjoyable. So, here are some pictures of this Christmas:
